What is included?
Price: $500 flat rate
- A space to host your rehearsal between 3-7pm the night before your wedding
- Vendors may begin to arrive for set up as early as 10am
- Access to all event spaces in the downstairs area of the house (up to 20 guests for a ceremony, up to 40 guests for a reception)
- May be used to host your indoor cocktail hour: more guests can be accommodated for cocktail hour as there will not be any banquet tables and you may use surrounding outdoor spaces as well so your guests have plenty of space to mingle (including back deck + front lawn when necessary)
- Access to our decor rentals to bring your vision to life (for additional rentals, see "Rental Pricing" button below)
- A venue coordinator will be onsite in case of an emergency
- Complimentary on-site parking for all guests
- Must be cleaned up and off the property by 12am
