What's the difference between event design and event planning?
Event planners are amazing and I ALWAYS recommend hiring one! They are some of our most favorite people to work with!!! Event planning involves coordination of vendors, scheduling appointments and coordinating all the details that go into planning an event. Many of them offer help with design as well, and we are always excited to collaborate with them for your event design. With our understanding of interior and floral design, plus our extensive rental inventory, we can bring in another perspective and extra creative eye to make your day AMAZING!! At Truer Design, we don't plan events, but we LOVE to design them! That means we help to design the look of the event, help find and gather all the decor, design and put together any floral pieces needed, and show up on the day of to put it all together!! You will be left with a beautifully designed event!! So if you like to plan, but design isn't your cup of tea, we can help!! For our floral clients, event design help is complimentary (contact Laura for more details) or you can hire me hourly for event design at $75 an hour. |
