I do not have a minimum budget requirement and I work very hard to help match budgets with dreams, but here are some ballpark numbers that might help. The average budgets I work with are somewhere around $6,500-20,000. If you are looking at just personal flowers, this would require a budget of roughly $2,000-3,500.00. If you are looking for full wedding day florals including ceremony and reception florals as well as personal flowers, you will want to have a starting budget of at least about $6,000.

How design affects pricing: As you can see from the generalized ranges above, my pricing is very design dependent!! As we work together, I adjust the design to fit your budget and specific vision as it develops. My job is to help brides find a beautiful solution that fits their dreams AND their budget! Its so helpful for me to know your budget because I can help direct you to the florals and designs that will best fit your budget. Delivery, Setup and Tear Down
Day of Services: All our event day-of delivery services are a-la-carte. There are separate setup/delivery fees for each location. We offer delivery and setup to just about anywhere, just let us know how we can customize our services for your event day needs.
Delivery and Setup: I offer day of delivery and setup for wedding orders over $3,500.00. I also offer tear down for an extra fee. The cost of these services depends on the distance we need to travel, the estimated time needed, how many locations are involved and what time of the day is needed (late at night tear down is more).
Re-purposing wedding Ceremony Flowers to your reception: we offer the service of tearing down your ceremony flowers and re-purposing them at your reception (highly recommend doing that, its a great way to extend your budget!). This is a separate cost based on the amount of floral, timing and location so let us know if you would like a customized price estimate for that service
Tear Down: There are separate charges for delivery and setup, tear down of ceremony and moving things to reception and reception tear down.
Pickup: I do offer pickup from my studio in Byron Center, morning of is preferred so your flowers are safely stored in my cooler overnight. All orders of $2,500.00 or less are for pickup only, we don't offer delivery for these smaller wedding orders. Orders $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 are for local delivery only (within 15 minutes of our location).
Travel: We are LOVE to travel, but please know that anything over 1-2 hours away will start at $600 for basic delivery and go up based on distance, overnight needs etc.
**Please note: we are available some holiday weekends, but the cost is at a premium for these weekends. During the off season (January through March) we are slower and cost is discounted during those months.

How to get started:
Face to Face Consult: I would love to get to know you and your vision a bit more. It’s important to me that we establish a great relationship and that I “get inside your head,” to understand the look and style you are dreaming of for your big day and for us to decide if my work and services are the right fit for you. We do that through talking about your overall vision, the scope of florals on your wish-list, your budgetary parameters and looking at your inspiration photos, Pinterest board etc. We can start this process by setting up a design consultation/meet and greet at my floral studio in Byron Center. The first consult is always free, additional face to face consults and site visits are $75/hr.
Voice Call or Video Chat Consult: If you prefer or are not able to do a consultation in person, no worries! We can chat via phone or email so that we can get to know one another and I can gather some further info on your wedding and floral needs. From there, I can put together an estimate to give you an idea of pricing.
Price Estimate: We don't need to do a consult in order to put together an estimate, but there is pertinent information we need to put together a custom price estimate for you. We have a comprehensive event questionnaire that will gather all the information we need to get started. If you have some photos and/or a Pinterest board of inspiration and ideas, that is also very helpful for me to “get inside your head,” and get an overall idea of your style and taste :)

How to book my floral and event design services:
Make a 20% deposit and sign a contract: To hire me, I require a signed contract and a deposit of 20% of the current estimated total to hold your date. That deposit gets applied to your balance so that it doesn’t matter when the total changes as we start the design process and figuring out the specifics of your order. We don’t have to have everything figured out upon signing, the design process really takes off once your wedding is on the calendar.
The Planning Process - Design
Full design and quote: If you decide to book with me and secure my services for your wedding day, the design process (and the fun) really begins! I put together a detailed design plan with exact pricing and from there, the dream starts to become reality! My pricing is very design dependent and as we work together, I adjust the design to fit your budget and specific vision as it develops. My job is to help brides find a beautiful solution that fits their dreams AND their budget!
Changes and deadlines: Once I’ve given you your customized design plan, you can make any tweaks and changes you’d like until about a month before your wedding. At 6 weeks out, I check in with you and we finalize the order. Your second payment is due 4 weeks out, and this is when I’m also placing your floral order. Once the flowers are ordered, only slight changes that don’t affect the quantity of flowers ordered can be made. The final payment is due 2 weeks before the wedding. At that time, we start to talk about plans for delivery and setup on the day of if you are hiring me to do so.
Complimentary Event Design: As part of my comprehensive floral services, I am available for advice on any and all decor as you plan your wedding or event. As an interior designer, I can help you choose decor that coordinates with the florals we are planning, planning where and how everything will come together in the event space and bringing your overall vision together. Florals are such an integral part of the overall look of the wedding! I have many brides who ask me for ideas and direction along the way. As our relationship and the design develops over the course of the next months leading up to the wedding day, my brides put their trust in me to execute their vision when the big day comes. My skilled team and I work very hard to ensure complete perfection for our brides on their wedding day!!
