Mini-Design Packages
These basic services are priced per room. See descriptions for what is included in each price. These are base prices and additional time and services can be added on to each. These pricing scenarios are designed to help you budget for your home design. If you are looking for something not included in these scenarios, comprehensive design consultation is available based on an hourly charge. Seasonal Decorating

Description: 'Stressed out by holiday decorating? We can help! Select from the following options or hire us at an hourly rate for all your holiday decorating needs.
Christmas Tree Decorating: includes up to 3 hours design time, 1 tree $350.00
Tablescape Design: $100 +materials
Room Decorating: hire us to transform an entire room with festive decorations (does not include Christmas tree decorating) $75 an hour

Digital interior Design Package
800 + Furniture, Art and Accessories
Description: This is the latest trend in home design. We can design your space from the computer! Just send us the information listed below and be blown away by how easy this is. The only thing we ask is that paint colors are selected in your space, there is no substitute for checking lighting etc. with paint colors.
Includes:
-Space Planning, for 1 room. Includes 10 hours of design time if project exceeds 10 hours, client will be billed at $75.00 an hour). Client provides photos and floor plan with detailed measurements and we will provide a layout of furniture, artwork and accessories (additional rooms may be added to the design for additional cost; contact us for more information)
-Color Palette: your space will include a professionally selected and customized color palette to tie it all together. We do not select specific paint colors as we highly recommend that the colors be selected in the space (see our package options below to add this to your digital design package)
-Two revisions: you can ask us to make changes to the design twice after we send you the initial design. We want you to love every aspect of your design and we know you will!
-List of selected furniture, artwork and accessories, including where you can purchase them. We will work within your furniture, artwork and accessories budget to get you all the items you will need to complete the space.
-Plenty of Customer service: As with any of our services, we are here to serve you, answer any questions you might have about the process and anything else that we can do to help make this a pleasant and exciting experience for you!
-Deliverables: all deliverables, floor plan, furniture and accessory list etc. will be emailed to you. This design package will be executed digitally unless you opt for us to come out and select paint colors and/or come help you set up the space once all your furniture, artwork and accessories have been purchased and delivered.

Description: Are you dissatisfied with your furniture layout? Does your living room baffle you? Where should the sofa go, what's the best place to put my dining room hutch? We can help you answer these questions and help you get the most out of your space and your existing pieces.

-Consultation for recommended furniture placement, art and accessories
3 hour consultation; $75.00 for each additional hour

DIY Design Consultation

Description: This service is for the DIY decorator who just needs a little help to get started. Hire us to come check out your space and give you some ideas for your DIY project. Add on any of our other design packages like paint color selection, space planning etc. to make your project complete!

Home Staging I

Description: Do you need some expert advice on what you can do to make your home fly off the market? You've come to the right place. We can give you professional advice on what you can change in your home to make it stand out and sell for top dollar!

-Consultation with homeowner to formulate a plan to make the most of each space
-Designer's recommendations may include interior and exterior paint colors, furniture layout, lighting, window treatment, accessories and curb appeal
-Detailed list of staging recommendations to be performed by homeowner
Up to 3 hour consultation; 75..00 each additional hour

Home Staging II
75.00/hour; 2 hour minimum
Description: If you want to take your home staging one step further, hire Truer Design to come in and help you make your home look amazing! We will help you arrange your furniture, de-clutter and place items for an amazing transformation.

-Designer to revisit home (after homeowner has completed priority tasks from Home Staging I) to set the stage with client's furniture and accessories

Personal Shopper: add to any of the mini-design packages if selection of new items is needed
Description: Hire us to shop for new decorations to complete your new festive look. Just let us know what your budget is (200.00 suggested min).
Includes: Because everyone's budget is different, we bill this at 50.00 an hour. We would be happy to give you an estimate for how long we would need based on your budget and needs!
