This open and airy space needed a modern update.  We took this space out of the 1990's and transformed it into a modern beach house by updating the furniture, lighting, accessories, window treatments, trim, kitchens and baths, doors, basement layout and artwork.  We chose soft aquas, turquoise accents to complement a palette of soft beauty neutrals with accents of silver and warm light wood tones to complement the white walls and give the whole space a light and beachy feel.
