Dockside Blues

Torch Lake, a dock on filled with ghost chivarie chairs....a bride enters the scene, her chic lace peplum gown glistens white in the sun, a bouquet of white flowers cascades slightly down her full length gown. Her groom waits at the end of the long trek down to the dock, dressed in a crisp suit of navy blue. Guests hold their breath as she makes her way down as the water sparkles in the background. The wispy flowers lining the aisle sway gently in the breeze. They say their i'do's beside the quiet waters, tears at the brim of their parents eyes as they declare a lifetime of love and commitment to one another. The scene ends in cheers, clapping and dip-kiss. The couple makes their getaway in a wooden boat, their newlywed initials flying on a flag in the breeze.
But the celebration doesn't end there! Guests make their way to the sprawling greens of A-Ga-Ming golf resort. There beside the large putting green, a tent is bedecked in sparkling crystal chandeliers and sheer white draping. Inside the tent is a smattering of tables expertly styled with the perfect touches of blue on a white canvas. More white flowers fill pots and bowls, they drip from the ceiling above the head table, and they seem to sprout right up from the floor here and there.
The laughter and raucous revelry of the guests fill the atmosphere as drinks are poured, appetizers are served and hugs are given all around. A putt-putt of a golf cart announces the arrival of the newlyweds, and the party can really get going! More cheers and kisses stolen, heaping bowls of food passed and more drinks are poured. It was a day to remember, a day that was full of thoughtful details, good taste and plenty of love. Cheers to Jamie and Michael!!
