Downtown Rooftop Photoshoot

It started with that gorgeous Blue floral print linen from Special Occasions GR. The palette of soft peaches, reds, oranges and golden yellows came inspired all the decor and florals. Marigolds, zinnias, dahlias, mums, daisies, Nasturtium, fall foliage and leaves and spider Gerberas paired with tomato vines, cakes and staged food. We did two different setups for this table, one of food and another of desserts. Danielle, the wedding planner and I had so much fun playing with all the elements and staging things in different ways. The sun was setting in the West and cascading gorgeous golden sunlight on everything, beautifully captured by Shirley, our photographer. It was a brilliant studies in using foods and flowers in playful ways all starting with a bold and beautiful linen design.
